Physiotherapist Zuzana Čejková will begin by introducing the core principles of the most effective exercises for maintaining a healthy body and mind in the long term. Afterwards, we’ll put these principles into practice. You’ll learn exercises that Zuzana regularly recommends to her clients. You’ll leave the session with a toolbox of movements you can do almost anywhere, anytime.
