Just like in previous years, visitors with ZTP and ZTP/P disability cards can look forward to:
- discounted admission,
- free entry for accompanying persons,
- special viewing platforms,
- accessible transportation around Ostrava, and the option of a trained guide.
For those staying at the barrier-free campsite near Slezskoostravský Castle, which offers enhanced comfort and better facilities, transportation from the festival grounds is provided.
The Info Point will be located in its usual spot, directly opposite the main entrance. There you’ll also find the Colours Without Barriers ticket office, a designated accessible taxi stand, and parking reserved exclusively for visitors with ZTP and ZTP/P cards.
The festival also considers specific needs – a Chill Out Zone of Colours Without Barriers will be set up, made possible thanks to partner CTP Park. Visitors will find a space here for rest. There will also be the popular wheelchair service and charging station, where owners can have their electric or manual wheelchairs repaired if needed, or recharge electric ones. The service is provided by Ortoservis s.r.o., located in the OSTRA UNBEATABLE ZONE near the Gong. This year again, there will be sign language interpretation for concerts and talks, tactile maps and 3D models for visually impaired visitors, and a Snoezelen tent for visitors with autism.

Holders of ZTP and ZTP/P disability cards will have access to lockable accessible toilets (WC – TOI TOI). The venue will also include barrier-free flush toilets, accessible with a Eurokey.
If someone hasn’t had the chance to obtain this specially adapted key, intended for people with reduced mobility or orientation skills, a distribution point will be available directly at the festival site. It will operate during the festival – from Wednesday, July 16, to Saturday, July 19.
