The Colours of Ostrava festival has long been committed to visitors with disabilities and is considered one of the most accessible events not only in the Czech Republic, but also internationally.
If you have any health limitations and are unsure whether to attend our festival, there’s no need to worry. You are warmly invited to Colours of Ostrava again this year. Thanks to our services, we will make your stay at the festival as comfortable as possible, so you can enjoy the music and the full programme with ease, without stress and without barriers, in the fully accessible DolnĂ VĂtkovice venue.
You can look forward to discounted tickets (with free admission for companions of ZTP/P holders), special viewing platforms, and accessible transport across Ostrava. There is also an accessible campsite and the option to book a personal assistant. Services for wheelchair users are available, including parking reservations and accommodation in an accessible campsite.
For visitors with visual impairments, a practical guide in Braille is provided, including a tactile map of the festival grounds as well as a 3D model of the Gong Auditorium.
Visitors with hearing impairments can take advantage of interpreted talks and concerts, as well as a designated area in front of the main stage.
If you are missing any information, feel free to stop by the Info Point at the main festival entrance. You will also find accessible taxi services and reserved parking for holders of ZTP and ZTP/P cards.
And whenever you feel like taking a break, the Relax Zone is there for you, offering a calm and welcoming atmosphere.
