Tomáš Kraus began his career as an alpine skier before becoming a two-time Ski Cross World Champion and winner of fifteen World Cup races. He is considered one of the pioneers of the discipline in the Czech Republic and, during his competitive career, ranked among the world’s elite.
After retiring from professional competition, he co-founded Snow Nomads, a company representing elite athletes, including Eva Adamczyková, Jan Zabystřan, and others. He also organizes heliskiing expeditions to Iceland and other destinations. In addition, he works as a coach and mentor to young athletes and is the coach of Lucie Krausová.
