For more than three decades, Tata Bojs has been one of the most distinctive and innovative bands on the Czech music scene. At the 21st annual Colours festival, they filled the area in front of the second largest stage to capacity. And you called for more! So here they are, the guys from Hanspaulka. In the meantime, Milan Cais, Mardoša, and company have managed to release Marek Najbrt’s film tata_bojs.doc in cinemas, release EP25, and are even preparing more new material in the studio. This will definitely not be the same show you experienced in 2024.
Tata Bojs are synonymous with musical experimentation and creative freedom. Each of their albums—from the legendary Futuretra to Nanoalbum to the more recent Jedna nula—brings new ideas, unexpected layers of sound, and lyrics that can be as funny as they are moving. Their work combines rock, pop, and electronica, but the main thing remains: the energy, perspective, and playful creativity that make Tata Bojs unmistakable. And we can’t wait for these rock ‘n’ roll soldiers to appear on stage!
