Rostislav is a certified Master Instructor of BUTEYKO CLINIC INTERNATIONAL®, a functional breathing system which helps fight allergies, shortness of breath, asthma and dysfunctional breathing patterns. He is also a certified OXYGEN ADVANTAGE® Master Instructor.
Rostislav is the founder of the 5 PILÍŘŮ ZDRAVÍ (5 PILLARS OF HEALTH) project, a holistic approach to oneself using functional breathing, cold water, mindfulness, and a balanced diet.
