Assoc. Prof. Petra Růčková, Ph.D. is a member of the Department of Finance and Accounting at the School of Business Administration in Karviná, Silesian University in Opava. She specialises in corporate finance and financial analysis. She is the author of the widely used academic textbook Financial Analysis: Methods, Indicators, and Practical Applications, published by Grada Publishing and adopted by many Czech universities. Her research focuses on the relationship between liquidity and solvency, corporate capital structure, and business financing in the Visegrád countries.
