Improve Yourself is one of the largest parkour schools, which has been operating successfully for several years and has countless trainings, workshops, exhibitions, shows and camps. They have over 500 members, who are trained by more than 15 trainers at approximately 30 branches throughout the country. They are mostly concentrated in the Moravian-Silesian Region. The founder is Lubomír Lubo Baum, who has experience not only in training abroad, but also in organizing lectures and workshops, thanks to which children can continue to develop.
