He is also involved in the project “Teachers Matter”, where he actively contributes to public discussions on the importance of physical education and the irreplaceable role of teachers as natural leaders and drivers of today’s society. At Meltingpot, he will share his many years of practical experience and offer insights into why investing energy in the physical development of the younger generation and university students truly matters.

He works at the Department of Human Movement Studies at the Faculty of Education of the University of Ostrava and is tirelessly engaged in supporting and coordinating university sports. Within projects of the Czech Association of University Sport (ČAUS) and the UNIS scholarship programme, he has long been connecting the world of elite sport with academic education.
