In 2005, she graduated in International Trade Economics and European Integration from the Prague University of Economics and Business. She also studied European Studies and Business Finance at Staffordshire University and the University of Antwerp.
She began her television career as a reporter at TV3, focusing on economic news reporting. She later joined CzechTradeas Director of Public Communications. During the 2002 floods, she led the flood-response centre for CzechTrade and Radio Impuls. In 2005, she became an economic editor at Czech Television, where she hosted various programmes and interviewed figures such as Steve Ballmer and George Soros. Today, she moderates expert discussions for media outlets including Forbes, Economia and DVTV, as well as for professional organisations such as the Hospodářská komora České republiky and the Svaz průmyslu a dopravy České republiky. She also moderates major events including the annual conference of the Aspen Institute Central Europe.
