During her undergraduate studies, she worked on Monte Carlo event generators for high-energy physics at CERN and further developed her interest in science while working at the Prague Planetarium. Through her involvement in faculty outreach events and an internship at the ELI Beamlines laser research centre, she became fascinated by laser-driven particle acceleration, which is now the focus of her master’s thesis.
She balances the precision of science with a passion for music. She plays the violin, sings, and enjoys attending concerts across a wide range of genres. She also enjoys yoga, running, and spending time in nature.
Although she now studies in Prague, she always enjoys returning to her hometown of Ostrava. Colours of Ostrava has been close to her heart since childhood, and today she is also involved in the festival as a co-organiser of The Big Bang Stage.
