Known as “The Girl with a Bucket List”, but in reality much more than a collector of fulfilled dreams. For her, long-distance hiking is not an escape, but a way to test her own limits and discover what a person truly needs – and what they only think they need.
She has completed thousands of kilometres of long-distance trails across Europe and North America, often hiking alone and without many certainties. She writes about her experiences in books and shares them through public talks. Her stories are not only about mountains and landscapes, but above all about perseverance, fear, solitude, and the joy of simple things.
She is often accompanied on her journeys by her dog Marvel, with whom she founded the non-profit organisation Helping with Marvel. Together, they support animal shelters and show that adventure and responsibility are not mutually exclusive – they often meet precisely at the moment when a person stops focusing only on themselves.
