Known as Holka s bucket listem, but in reality much more than a collector of fulfilled dreams. Long-distance walking trails are not an escape for her, but a space where she tests her own limits and discovers what a person truly needs – and what they only think they need.
She has walked thousands of kilometers on long-distance trails across Europe and the United States, often alone and without much certainty. She writes about her experiences in her books and speaks about them in lectures. Not only about mountains and landscapes, but above all about endurance, fear, solitude, and the joy of simple things.
On her journeys, she has long been accompanied by her dog Marvel, with whom she founded the non-profit organization Pomáhej s Marvelem. Together they support animal shelters and show that adventure and responsibility are not opposites – they often meet exactly at the moment when a person stops focusing only on themselves.
