Ing. Jiří Beran OLY is a promoter of sport and fencing among both young people and adults, Vice-Chair of the Athletes’ Commission of the Czech Olympic Team, civil engineer, entrepreneur, and owner of a company supplying equipment for sport fencing. He is also a drummer and a strong advocate of fair play in all areas of life. He has received Fair Play Awards from both the Czech Olympic Committee and the International Fencing Federation.
