She serves as Deputy Mayor of Dolní Břežany, widely recognised as one of the Czech Republic’s leading centres for innovation and advanced technologies. Her work focuses on education, strategic planning, and the preparation of new development projects. At the same time, she works as Strategic Development Manager at the HiLASE laser centre and co-founded the STAR Research & Innovation Cluster, which connects businesses, research organisations, and municipalities to strengthen the innovation ecosystem in the STAR region south of Prague.
Her professional focus lies in regional development and fostering collaboration between science, industry, and public administration. She is actively involved in discussions on the future of education, technological progress, and the role of public institutions in a time of rapid societal and technological change.
