Jan Procházka is a member of the Bank Board of the Czech National Bank and an economist whose work has long stood at the intersection of financial markets, state economics, and strategic management. He spent ten years at the financial group CYRRUS and later led the Exportní garanční a pojišťovací společnost (EGAP) for more than a decade, where he focused on supporting Czech exports and representing the institution internationally. Between 2022 and 2023, he also chaired the Národní ekonomická rada vlády (NERV). In his public appearances, he focuses on the broader context of today’s economy, market transformation, and Europe’s position in a global environment.
