He has extensive experience helping companies navigate regulatory and political environments and has taken part in major European negotiations. On behalf of the Czech Republic, he contributed to negotiations on the EU Digital Services Act and, during the Czech Presidency of the Council of the European Union, helped conclude negotiations on the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism.
Today, he advises Czech business associations and international companies. He speaks English, French, and German, and also has working knowledge of Norwegian, Spanish, and Italian. Outside of his professional life, he is the father of two daughters and an amateur opera singer.
