Jakub Zaoral has worked at Plzeňský Prazdroj for over 10 years and has held the position of Sustainability Manager for CZ&SK since 2024.
During his time at the brewery, he has been responsible for developing branded pub concepts, designing growth programs for restaurant owners, and, in the past two years, leading research initiatives focused on hop and barley cultivation in the Czech Republic and reducing CO₂ emissions from beer cooling systems in pubs.
