Acting has been part of her life since childhood – she began in a drama class in her hometown of Písek, continued at the Prague Conservatory and gained her first major roles at the F. X. Šalda Theatre in Liberec. For a time, however, she headed in a completely different direction: she worked at the editorial office of Harper’s Bazaar, travelled the world and searched for a profession that would give her both freedom and distance.
Her return to the screen came unexpectedly after giving birth, when she was cast in the TV series Ordinace v růžové zahradě, where she continues to perform to this day. Since then, she has combined acting with a wide range of other projects – from theatre and musicals to television shows – always aware that she needs more than one professional box to feel complete.
Travel also plays a strong role in her life. For the past five years, she has been filming the travel documentary series Bedekr for Czech Television (ČT2), which has taken her through many European countries. She naturally connects inspiration from her travels, acting and interest in healthy living across her online work as well.
