Her passion project is the Czech Journey to Space initiative, where she researches and trains astronauts’ psychological resilience for coping with extreme conditions, isolation, and long-term stays in unusual environments. She plays a leading role in the selection and preparation of cadets (for example in the Zero-G programme), with a strong focus on psychological readiness, decision-making under pressure, and the importance of diversity within teams.
