It took just one track for the Gufrau project to turn into a sensation on the Czech club scene. The core of the group consists of rappers H4GO and Moneyossel together with producer Kubmat. In their music, they blend rap with electronic elements – sometimes more abrasive and challenging, sometimes driven by a melodic line. Central to their work are lyrics reflecting the experiences and perspectives of today’s young generation, whether dealing with everyday situations, leisure activities, or relationships.
Based in Prague 7, Gufrau reach listeners across the entire country. Their debut album Vltavská filharmonie from 2022 brought the single Gufrau party, while the follow-up Holešovice introduced a shift in sound. Their real breakthrough, however, came in 2025. First, they released a joint EP with Mat213, followed by the single NOBOYFRIENDZONEfeaturing Lajfr. The true boom arrived with the track NAVŽDYCKY BLÁZEN. Anyone who doesn’t want to miss one of the parties at the 23rd edition should definitely mark Gufrau in the programme.
