Ganna has performed at events like Fridays for Future and has lent her voice to causes such as Médecins Sans Frontières. Her involvement in these activities may stem from her good heart, her philosophy studies, and her initial ambitions in journalism.
However, music proved to be her true calling. During her university years, she fully embraced singing, wanting to learn everything she could about it. At the University of Weimar, she founded the jazz quartet GANNA Ensemble and collaborated with fellow student Martin Bosch on the album AIRA with the band Nachtfarben. Following her debut album Dyki Lys (2020), Ganna released Home and, in 2023, Kupala—an album that has garnered significant attention. With her unique blend of Ukrainian folklore and jazz, GANNA brings the heritage of her homeland to a wider audience, not just in her current home of Berlin, but far beyond.
