He works with governments on how to move into the digital age in ways that actually improve everyday life. He has collaborated with public institutions in more than 80 countries and has seen how differently digital transformation can play out depending on how it’s approached.
Based in Estonia, one of the global leaders in e-government, he combines hands-on experience with research. His work focuses on how digital public services shape both the functioning of the state and people’s daily lives.
He is currently pursuing his PhD at Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech), where he studies what makes digital governments succeed – or fail. Alongside his research, he speaks at international conferences and shares insights from working across different parts of the world.
