He is the author of the book We Have Always Been Here, which explores contemporary queer life in the Czech Republic. The book received a recommendation from the Magnesia Litera jury in the Journalism category. He has also received several radio awards and nominations for the Czech Journalism Prize and the Křišťálová Lupa awards, and is a recipient of the bePROUD award.
The Open Society organisation recognised him in the Genderman awards for “initiating important public discussion.” He previously worked for Czech Radio, MF DNES, and the regional newspaper Deník. His work focuses on politics, social issues, and minority topics.
