Daniel Krištof, Ph.D.

Director General of the Czech Labour Office

Daniel Krištof earned his doctorate at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University in Prague, where he studied Work and Organizational Psychology and Clinical Psychology. He completed accredited training in psychotherapy and crisis intervention.

For ten years, he worked for Deloitte, where he managed large-scale company transformations and held top management positions in major companies such as ČEZ Prodej, Česká spořitelna, and Direct pojišťovna. He also led the ČEZ Academy, which, with the help of leading Czech experts, helps people save energy. Since September 2023, he has been the head of the Czech Labour Office and serves as the Director General of the largest helping organization in the country, which is currently undergoing significant transformation and digitalization of services for its clients.
