Carlos Daniel Balam leads cacao and temazcal ceremonies, supports the preservation of cultural heritage, and works with traditional Maya, Mexica, and Wixárika communities through the Colectivo Cultura Ancestral foundation. His music combines vocals, prayers, traditional pre-Hispanic instruments, and contemporary musical approaches.
