YOGA TEACHER AND WOMEN’S HEALTH SPECIALIST

Her work sits at the intersection of embodied experience and scientific knowledge. At its core is women’s lived experience and the changes they move through across the lifespan, with deep respect for what women actually go through at different stages of life, from pregnancy to the postpartum period.

She draws on more than twenty years of yoga practice and a professional background in biomedical research. As a yoga teacher and birth guide, she focuses on pelvic health, breath, and functional movement. In 2019, she founded the project Embodied Woman Yoga, created as a space for clear, practical, and sensitive education about the female body, without oversimplification and without pressure to perform.

Her approach is calm, grounded, and deeply respectful. She guides women back to trust in their own perception, intuition, and resilience, and creates an environment where the body is not a problem to be fixed, but a source of insight, stability, and support.
