Iggy Pop, Justice, Alvaro Soler, Calin, and Dan Bárta & Illustratosphere to perform at Colours of Ostrava
Joining the previously announced The Chainsmokers, more artists have been added to the lineup for the 22nd Colours of Ostrava festival. From July 16 to 19, 2025, Dolní Vítkovice will host an array of genres, with performances from rock legend Iggy Pop, the long-awaited return of electronic powerhouse Justice, Latin pop sensation Alvaro Soler, Czech rap star Calin, and jazz stylings of Dan Bárta & Illustratosphere.
“I’m thrilled to welcome the legendary Iggy Pop back to our festival after 15 years. Last time, he invited a dozen fans from the front rows on stage to dance alongside him and The Stooges. Who knows what he’ll surprise us with this year? Iggy has been a force on stage for almost 50 years and continues to captivate in both the studio and live performances,” says Colours of Ostrava’s Artistic Director Zlata Holušová. Iggy Pop will appear alongside acts like The Chainsmokers, Justice, and Alvaro Soler, showcasing the festival’s commitment to diversity and multi-genre programming.

French duo Justice will also be making a return to Ostrava. Known for their impressive technical setups, Justice debuted in the Czech Republic at Colours in 2017. This time, they’re bringing a new audiovisual show and their latest album Hyperdrama, a long-awaited release after eight years. Fans have anticipated both this new album and Justice’s second appearance at Colours of Ostrava.

Alvaro Soler, based in Germany, will make his debut in the Moravian-Silesian region. With roots in Latin American music, Soler brings influences from his Spanish heritage, treating fans to hit singles like “Sofia” and “La cintura,” as well as new, catchy melodies.

Local talents will also shine on this year’s lineup. Calin, one of the Czech Republic’s most popular singers, will give his only performance in the region for the upcoming summer season. Following his nearly sold-out fall tour for the latest album Bieber Fever, Calin will have more space at Colours of Ostrava to showcase a larger, festival-scale show. Dan Bárta & Illustratosphere will also celebrate a major milestone, marking 25 years since their debut album.
