Martin Garrix, 5 Seconds of Summer and David Kushner are joining the Colours of Ostrava 2027 line-up, alongside previously announced artists Robbie Williams and Ellie Goulding. And because three pieces of good news are never quite enough, we’re also adding five Czech acts to the mix: MIG 21, Monkey Business, Midi Lidi, Mňága a Žďorp and Zrní.
OSTRAVA, MAKE SOME NOISE. MARTIN GARRIX IS BACK, AND SOME OF YOU KNOW WHAT’S COMING. 💛
Martin Garrix is returning to Colours after four years. In 2022, he closed the festival and proved that electronic music can get even those who don’t usually listen to it moving. He’s one of the world’s most successful DJs, with hits like Animals, In the Name of Love and Scared to Be Lonely that have long reached beyond the dance music scene. His music combines electronic beats with melodies that are easy to remember, even if EDM isn’t usually your thing.
Počkat, WAIT, DAVID KUSHNER AND 5 SECONDS OF SUMMER?! 👀
David Kushner first caught the world’s attention with his hit Daylight, but there’s much more to discover beyond that one song. His deep voice and darker pop sound have a way of drawing you into a song and keeping you there until the very last note. If you love music that stays with you long after it ends, his set might just give you goosebumps. 💛
5 Seconds of Summer are no longer shying away from the boyband label. In fact, they’ve even named one of their songs Boyband. 😏 The Australian band have been playing together for over 15 years and have racked up more than 10 billion streams. Their sound has evolved since their pop-punk beginnings, but the guitars and punk roots are still there. Something tells us they won’t be the only ones singing in July.
21.-24.7. Colours of Ostrava
THE CZECH SCENE HAS ITS FIRST NAMES ON THE BILL 🇨🇿
MIG 21, Monkey Business, Midi Lidi, Mňága a Žďorp and Zrní. The first Czech acts for Colours of Ostrava 2027 are here, and there’s plenty more to come. Not bad for a start!
