HOW IT WORKS

1. FILL OUT THE APPLICATION ✏️

• Basic contact details and links to your profiles / portfolio
• Briefly describe what you photograph, what equipment you use and how you approach post-production
• Upload 10 of your best photos (they don’t have to be from festivals)
• Add a short motivation — why you want to apply for a spot in the team

2. BECOME PART OF THE COMMUNITY 🤝

Everyone who submits an application will gain access to the private platform. It includes:

• Monthly online sessions with the Colours team (starting April 2026)
• Educational webinars focused on festival photography
• Online networking with photographers from CZ/SK
• Access to professionals from the industry and their know-how

3. TEAM SELECTION 📸

Ten photographers from the community will be selected to join the Colours Photo Academy team. The selection will be based on:

• The quality and potential of submitted photographs and portfolio
• The ability to fit the team dynamics and specific roles we need (BTS, atmosphere, live shows…)
• Professional attitude and motivation
• Technical skills and post-production workflow

WHAT YOU GET
