HRTL’s (Leoš Hort) philosophy revolves around the “no software, just hardware” rule and the concerts as well as tracks on Datalosstak bear the fruits of his improvisation where quite literally anything can happen.
Their use of unpredictable analogue synthesisers and disdain for logic and rationality convey a wonderfully magical sound.
