Bc. Barbora Hozová works at the Institute of Non-Medical Health Studies, where she gains valuable experience in the academic environment and contributes to the operation of the institute. Alongside her professional and academic responsibilities, she is actively involved in university governance.
She serves as a senator of Silesian University in Opava and as Vice-Chair of the Student Chamber of the Academic Senate. Her work focuses primarily on representing students’ interests, strengthening communication between students and university leadership, and helping to create an open, inspiring, and welcoming environment for all.
She is also pursuing a follow-up Master’s degree in Public Policy in Social Work at the Faculty of Public Policies in Opava.
