You do not need to know how to dance. There are no steps to learn and no choreography to follow. Just you, the music, and movement arising from within.
We dance barefoot and in silence, creating a safe and welcoming environment. No alcohol, no drugs, just pure energy and presence.
The music takes you on a journey, from gentle attunement through rhythmic ecstasy to a quiet landing. Every dance is different. Sometimes wild, sometimes tender. Yet each time, you leave with a sense of freedom, joy, release, and connection, both with yourself and with others.
