14:00 – 14:40 ČEZ Family park workshops

The Wolf on the Moon is a puppet production intended for both young and old audiences. The main character – the Wolf – is obsessed with the desire to get to the Moon. Therefore, he leaves his pack and sets off on a harrowing journey into the unknown. Along the way, he meets many strange creatures, strikingly resembling the old familiar Little Goat or Little Red Riding Hood.

However, the absurdity of the situations excludes any presence of clichés, and on the adventurous journey to fulfill his dream, unusual characters of bickering astronauts or activists, jingling keys for animal rights, flying into space, appear.

What is the Wolf’s unwavering desire to walk on the Moon, how much lying do we have to do to achieve our goals, and is it really true that lies have short legs? The production deals with important topics that resonate in society even today, with a lot of humor. In an interesting way, it breaks the illusion and stereotypical interpretations of fairy-tale creatures who have to face serious problems in this story. The creators of the production made the set and puppets from materials intended for disposal (old clothes, PET bottles, old furniture).
