Cult band. Unpredictable. Fascinating. Just some of the attributes we can use to describe the B4 Collective.
Their music stems from improvisation built on elements of pyschedelia, noise, jazz and rock. What makes B4 unique, however, is their capacity to inject specific cultural references to the former Eastern bloc countries in their sound. All of these threads came together on their most recent album Die Mitternachstmaus, where they perform tracks from Czech underground legend The Plastic People of The Universe borrowing from the style of German legends Kraftwerk.
