Creative dealing with problems – How to generate tens of solutions in one afternoon Description: The workshop aims at exploring of the process of creative dealing with problems. It can be defined as a process of creation of the solution to the problem. We will focus on the identification of the problem using the “FOCUS” question and possibility to find a solution with an actual value for people. We will work in groups, step by step using the “Design Thinking”, from baseline study through generation and selection of ideas to concept.

Marvan is a respected tech leader; in the past 15 years, he has combined his expertise in artificial intelligence, experience in building of his own startups and his extraordinary skill in human resources management. His mission is to “share experience and help others grow” which helped him build a reputation of respected mentor and coach, primarily in innovations, technologies and building of highly effective teams.

After 15 years of building his own enterprises, he currently focuses on help provided to governments, companies and startups to achieve higher effectivity through corporate culture, positive team dynamics, ethics, creative dealing with problems and innovations.

Marvan was born in Baghdad and lived through two wars. When he was 12, he moved to Europe where he, as a child, faced numerous cultural and social challenges, predominantly in his efforts to understand western thinking. This extreme situation helped Marvan develop his character of a man-leader whose values include inclusion, diversity, respect, love and responsibility.
