Structural integration is a scientifically proven system of changing the structure of the body and educating on its use, the purpose of which is to bring the body into natural balance and harmony with the gravitational field, which is undeniably the most powerful physical influence in the life of every human being. The SI method was developed by Dr. Ida P. Rolf, which is why this system of body manipulation is also known as "Rolfing". One of its supporters and long-time teachers is Aleš Urbanczik, who, among other things, teaches yoga and organizes anatomy workshops for teachers of various movement techniques. If you don't know Rolfing, maybe thanks to Aleš you will discover that it is just the right thing for you.
