After ten years working in the non-profit sector, focusing on youth volunteer programs, he joined \u010cesk\u00e1 spo\u0159itelna, where he started as a process analyst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He later led the Strategy Department and spent five years as chairman of the board of the \u010cesk\u00e1 spo\u0159itelna Foundation.
