However, recognition had already come two years earlier for his work on the Oscar-winning film Parasite. Over the past decade, <strong>Jaeil has become the go-to composer for director Bong Joon Ho<\/strong>, collaborating with him on the sci-fi film Okja and returning to the genre in the current blockbuster <strong>Mickey 17<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-spotify wp-block-embed-spotify wp-embed-aspect-21-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"Spotify Embed: jung jaeil\" style=\"border-radius: 12px\" width=\"100%\" height=\"352\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen allow=\"autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; fullscreen; picture-in-picture\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/open.spotify.com\/embed\/artist\/34J5kKR5szbJ5fGK7f8HCU?si=RnYmED6hSV-HyP9m8rArKQ&#038;utm_source=oembed\"><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Jung Jaeil\u2019s journey as a film music composer began in the late 1990s. A few years later, he ventured into solo work, drawing on his time at a jazz academy. His music draws inspiration from classical music, jazz, and instrumental rock. He utilizes his knowledge of several instruments, which he has played since childhood. Audiences will experience his talents firsthand at Colours of Ostrava, where <strong>he will perform alongside the Jan\u00e1\u010dek Philharmonic Ostrava.<\/strong> <strong>The premiere experience will be enhanced by visuals and projections from the renowned Fluks Studio<\/strong>, known for elevating select Boiler Room sessions, creating the remix album visuals for Lady Gaga, and producing projections for Olivia Rodrigo&#8217;s GUTS tour.
