In that capacity, he focused on cultivating strategic alliances and enhancing the University\u2019s connections with industry, the public sector, and international institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>He currently leads the REFRESH project, the largest initiative in the history of VSB-TUO and a flagship of the Czech Republic\u2019s Operational Programme for Just Transition. With a budget exceeding CZK 2.6 billion, the project is dedicated to establishing a modern innovation ecosystem and supporting the transformation of the Moravian-Silesian Region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Additionally, he leads the U!REKA SHIFT project, which has elevated VSB-TUO to the group of institutions participating in the European Universities initiative \u2013 a distinction held by fewer than 10% of universities across the EU.
