As the tenth person in the world, Abhejali Bernardov\u00e1 completed the Oceans Seven challenge. You could say she is the best Czech swimmer you\u2019ve probably never heard of. But in her story, the journey toward completing the \u201cSeven Oceans\u201d is far more compelling than the achievement itself. Her expeditions around the world are not only about swimming, but above all about journeys inward. Through meditation and by stepping beyond the limits of comfort and the familiar, she continues to discover herself. In her storytelling \u2014 later captured in the book Until the Water Runs Out \u2014 she reminds us that we are all capable of far more than we believe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She is a vegetarian and has been practising meditation since the age of eighteen.
