When economics meets stories, mythology and questions about the meaning of human action, it creates a perspective that made Tom\u00e1\u0161 Sedl\u00e1\u010dek known around the world. His book\u00a0Economics of Good and Evil<\/em>\u00a0has been translated into 22 languages, received international awards and showed that the economy is not only about numbers, but also about values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He served as an advisor to President V\u00e1clav Havel, to the Minister of Finance and the Czech government, became a founding member of NERV, and spent sixteen years shaping the macroeconomic outlook of \u010cSOB as its chief strategist. His thinking has global reach \u2013 he was included among the one hundred most influential thinkers of the world and has lectured at Harvard, Yale and Georgetown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
