It will save both your time and ours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83c\udfab <strong>TECHNICAL ACCREDITATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All personnel entering the festival site must be registered in the accreditation system in advance and complete the accreditation process upon arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What You&#8217;ll Need<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a valid ID card or passport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>registration in the accreditation system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once your identity has been verified, you will receive a festival wristband granting access according to your assigned permissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u26a0 Access to the festival site will not be permitted without a valid Technical Accreditation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udccd <strong>WHERE TO FIND US<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Technical Accreditation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Main Festival Entrance \u2013 M\u00edsteck\u00e1 Street<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>GPS:<\/strong> 49.823050, 18.280372<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udd52 <strong>OPENING HOURS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>from Sunday, 12 July 2026 | 16:00<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>open 24\/7<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>until Sunday, 19 July 2026 | 12:00<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u26a0 From Sunday, 12 July at 20:00, access to the festival site will only be possible with a valid Technical Accreditation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\ude97 <strong>SHORT-TERM PARKING FOR ACCREDITATION PICK-UP<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coming only to collect your Technical Accreditation?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On Monday, 13 July and Tuesday, 14 July 2026, you may use the Accessible Parking Area (P) located directly next to the Technical Accreditation office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>GPS:<\/strong> 49.823095, 18.279738<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This parking area is intended only for the time required to collect your accreditation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once your accreditation has been issued, please move your vehicle immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udc77 <strong>PERSONNEL &amp; VEHICLE REGISTRATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before arriving at the festival site, please make sure the following have been registered:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>all personnel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>all vehicles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vehicle registration numbers (license plates)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u26a0 Access to the festival site will not be granted without prior registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\ude9b <strong>VEHICLE ACCESS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the setup period, V\u00edtkovick\u00e1 Street operates as a one-way road from M\u00edsteck\u00e1 Street towards Rusk\u00e1 Street.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please follow all instructions issued by the Production Team, Security staff and temporary traffic signage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>After unloading<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vehicles must be moved immediately to the designated parking area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u274c <strong>The following is strictly prohibited<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>blocking emergency access routes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>blocking access roads<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>parking in loading or operational areas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>blocking emergency exits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The festival site is not a parking area. Once unloading has been completed, vehicles must leave the festival grounds immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\ude99 <strong>VEHICLE MOVEMENT ON SITE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maximum speed limit: <strong>20 km\/h<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thousands of people, forklifts, service vehicles and production equipment operate within the festival grounds. Please drive with extreme caution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We strongly recommend using a banksman when reversing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vehicle movement is significantly restricted once the festival opens to the public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83c\udfd7 <strong>HEAVY MACHINERY &amp; MATERIAL HANDLING<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The movement of forklifts, loaders, cranes and other heavy machinery is coordinated by the Festival Technical Production Team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u26a0 Do not enter operational areas without the operator&#8217;s permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u26a1 <strong>ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All electrical connections must be carried out exclusively by the Festival Electrical Team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u274c <strong>The following is prohibited<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>interfering with electrical installations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>connecting equipment without Production approval<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>operating electrical distribution boards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All electrical equipment must comply with applicable safety regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83e\uddba <strong>HEALTH &amp; SAFETY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Safety is our highest priority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each contractor is responsible for the safety of its employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Please make sure to<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>follow all instructions issued by the Production Team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>comply with all Health &amp; Safety and Fire Safety regulations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>protect yourself and those around you<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udd25 <strong>FIRE SAFETY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Never block:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>fire lanes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fire hydrants<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fire extinguishers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>emergency exits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any hot works or fire-risk activities must be approved in advance by Festival Production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udead <strong>ALCOHOL, DRUGS &amp; SMOKING<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u274c Working under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere on the festival site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Festival Production reserves the right to remove anyone who violates these rules from the festival site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u267b\ufe0f <strong>WASTE MANAGEMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Help us keep the festival site clean.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>separate waste into the designated containers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>keep your work area clean and tidy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>leave your workspace in its original condition once your work has been completed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83c\udfed <strong>PROTECTION OF THE DOLN\u00cd V\u00cdTKOVICE SITE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Doln\u00ed V\u00edtkovice complex is a protected National Cultural Heritage Site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Without prior approval from Festival Production, it is strictly prohibited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u274c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>drill<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>anchor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cut<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>weld<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>modify or interfere with any buildings or structures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u26a0 Contractors are fully responsible for any damage caused to the venue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udce6 <strong>MATERIAL STORAGE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Materials may only be stored in locations approved by Festival Production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u274c Roads, emergency routes and fire lanes must remain clear at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83c\udfaa <strong>FESTIVAL OPERATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the festival opens to the public, enhanced safety regulations apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>deliveries and restocking are permitted only during designated service hours<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>please follow all instructions issued by Festival Production and Security<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udea8 <strong>EMERGENCY SITUATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>injury<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fire<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>technical failure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>any other emergency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contact Festival Production or the nearest member of the Security team immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udcde <strong>CONTACTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Important Phone Numbers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>IT Support<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">+420 601 101 888<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Colours of Ostrava Emergency Hotline<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">+420 737 576 677<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Emergency Services (Integrated Rescue System)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">112<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u26a0 In the event of an emergency (injury, fire, technical failure or any other critical situation), please contact the Colours of Ostrava Emergency Hotline first.
