HOW IT WORKS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. FILL OUT THE APPLICATION \u270f\ufe0f<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Basic contact details and links to your profiles \/ portfolio<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Briefly describe what you photograph, what equipment you use and how you approach post-production<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Upload 10 of your best photos (they don\u2019t have to be from festivals)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Add a short motivation \u2014 why you want to apply for a spot in the team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    2. BECOME PART OF THE COMMUNITY \ud83e\udd1d<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Everyone who submits an application will gain access to the private platform. It includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • Monthly online sessions with the Colours team (starting April 2026)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Educational webinars focused on festival photography<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Online networking with photographers from CZ\/SK<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Access to professionals from the industry and their know-how<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      3. TEAM SELECTION \ud83d\udcf8<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Ten photographers from the community will be selected to join the Colours Photo Academy team. The selection will be based on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • The quality and potential of submitted photographs and portfolio<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • The ability to fit the team dynamics and specific roles we need (BTS, atmosphere, live shows\u2026)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Professional attitude and motivation<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Technical skills and post-production workflow<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

        • A chance to be selected for the Colours Photo Academy team for the 2026 edition<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          • Accommodation in the festival campsite<\/li>\n\n\n\n
