Wednesday in the sign of rock riffs and first-class blues
On Wednesday 17th July, the Dolní Vítkovice area will be filled with the wild tones of the gypsy-punk Gogol Bordello, who will return to Colours with full grace after many years. The band will be one of Wednesday's biggest attractions on the main Česká spořitelna stage. Apart from them, you can also look forward to a new group around musician Vojta Dyke called D.Y.K. and the headliners of the first day - Canadian band Queens of The Stone Age, who will add a harder rock feeling to Wednesday.
The other scenes will also be lively and wild. Ghanaian-Australian rapper Genesis Owusu will get the crowd moving on the T-Mobile stage. He will then be replaced by Gary Clark Jr, the uncrowned king of the blues and winner of four Grammys, who promises a tremendous artistic experience for all lovers of honest instrumental artistry.
The Full Moon Stage will offer concerts by Sunnbrella, a project of David Žbirka, which originated in London. On the Fresh stage, you can look forward to Lake Malawi or Ukrainian DJ Miss Monique, the Orlen Drive stage will be filled with the sounds of The Silver Spoons or Colombian Enkelé, and the Cacao stage will host Murdo Mitchell in addition to the Cocoa Ritual. Let's not forget the Vítkovice Gong stage and the NYC stage with a packed theatre programme of stand-ups and the launch of the Meltingpot discussion forum.
Thursday in grand pompous style
Thursday's programme will be spectacular... On the Česká spořitelna Stage, contemporary alternative music icon Khruangbin trio will perform, followed by ethereal musician Bat For Lashes, and the absolute opulent highlight of the night will be the concert of world pop stars Sam Smith with breathtaking set design and dozens of musicians and dancers.

On Thursday, the Full Moon Stage will be filled with female rappers - Arleta and Aunty Rayzor will perform.
The Vítkovice Gong Stage will once again offer the opportunity to enjoy theatre - this time the musical and biographical performance Marta. Later also a concert by Mercedes Peón or Aneta Langerová. And the Cacao Stage? Here you can ride the waves of Nessi Gomes after drinking cocoa or later listen to the Indian woman Sauljaljui.
Friday with a two-hour long show of Lenny Kravitz
On Friday, you can look forward to Sevdaliza, an experimental artist whose themes in her lyrics have earned her the nickname "ancient futurist", on the Česká spořitelna stage. The iconic Lenny Kravitz is guaranteed to give one of the greatest concerts the Colours has ever seen. The two-hour show will feature an attractive set, top musicians, and most importantly a cross-section of his hit career, with an emphasis on his latest album Blue Electric Light.
On the T-Mobile stage you can look forward to the voice of contemporary Polish music Kwiat Jabłoni or electronic music pioneers Tangerine Dream. The Fresh Stage will be visited by Canadian ANYMA, Korean NuMori or German Klangphonics. Saturday will close the festival spectacularly
Perhaps the last, but the most colourful day of the 21st edition of Colours of Ostrava will bring a spectacular programme full of surprises and unexpected moments. This is proven by the main stage: the Balkan dance party Malalata, reggae and dancehall premiere by Sean Paul, a showcase of pop hits by Zara Larsson, producer superstar James Blake. The program will end with a special line-up of Infected Mushroom with a drumming group.
The T-Mobile stage will not be left behind either. We can look forward to Dennis Lloyd and the last concert of the energetic duo Sofi Tukker will be a real dance reverb. The Caracal Project, an electronic fusion blurring the distinction between electro and acoustic genres, or indie-folk Kawala will appear on the Fresh Stage. The Orlen Drive stage will feature Alexia Chellun or Sam Garrett, who you will surely sing along with, while the Full Moon stage will be visited by Whyowhy, Dušan Vlk or Fat Dog.
The Vítkovice Gong Stage will feature, for example, the Irish musician Ajeet, who is freely inspired by Irish folk in combination with meditative music, and the Slovak musician Maok on the Cacao Stage. On the NYC stage you will be able to fully enjoy the theatrical performance of Miss AmeriKa on the last day.
