The genre of shoegaze enjoying its out-of-tune guitar passages has a good tradition in the Czech Republic thanks to Ecstasy of Saint Theresa and Toyen. Yet since the beginning of the 1990s, it has not seen such a talent as the Manon Meurt quartet from the town of Rakovník.
